Event Terms and Conditions
I. OPTIONS
- Extra people in hotel or extra nights are available and will be charged subject to published rates and conditions
II. CONDITIONS
- All prices are subject to change prior to confirmation of order.
- All payments to myconcertconcierge.com are non-refundable and no refunds or credits will be given for any reason including but not limited to the following: reductions in group size, unused packages and reservations cancelled due to failure of purchaser to comply with terms and conditions listed here in.
- myconcertconcierge.com reserves the right to cancel, at its sole option, any reservation. If myconcertconcierge.com cancels reservations without cause attributable to purchaser, a full refund will be remitted to the cancelled party.
- Passenger must check into the hotel room on scheduled arrival day of package to avoid being considered a no show. If a passenger is a no show, myconcertconcierge.com is not responsible for providing any portions of package to the traveler or purchaser.
- Purchaser acknowledges that myconcertconcierge.com is acting as independent intermediary for suppliers of goods and services, which are not directly supplied by this company such as hotel accommodations, meal, tours, event tickets and shall not be responsible for actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss damage, delays or injury to you or your travel companions or group members. myconcertconcierge.com shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases, local laws, climate conditions, or any ony other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the companys control. By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler (s) voluntarily assumes all risks, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them. Your booking shall constitute consent to the above and engaging arrangements on his/her behalf, and agrees that restitution or damages, if any are claimed, shall be sought directly from the suppliers.

Travel Terms & Conditions
1. Hotel price is based on hotel's standard non-discounted rack room rates at the time of booking.
2. All packages must be paid for prior to the event weekend.
5. All travel is subject to space availability. Packages are not transferable. The offer contained herein is void where prohibited by law.
6. All travel must be booked and purchased through myconcertconcierge.com online or at 1-800-977-9020. Traveler is responsible for all gratuities and incidentals.
7. myconcertconcierge.com reserves the right to change hotels of comparable quality if necessary. If myconcertconcierge.com changes a hotel after Traveler has made reservations through myconcertconcierge.com, recipient shall have the right to request a full refund at the time they are notified of the change by myconcertconcierge.com or upon the timely rejection of an alternative itinerary.
8. myconcertconcierge.com accepts MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, Discover, money orders and cashiers checks made out to myconcertconcierge.com. Your verbal authorization of the use of your credit card indicates your acknowledgment of its use even if you have not signed the appropriate draft when payment is received.
9. Packages are not refundable or transferable.
General Terms & Conditions
These Terms of Use, along with policies and guidelines located throughout the website identify what users of the website ("users") can expect from us and what we expect from users. By accessing any areas of the website, users are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use and other policies and guidelines identified throughout the website.
I. ONLINE CONDUCT
User agrees to use the website only for lawful purposes. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no myconcertconcierge.com Provider can ensure prompt removal of questionable Content after online posting. Accordingly, no myconcertconcierge.com Provider shall assume liability for any action or inaction with respect to conduct, communication, or Content on the Website.

Lollapalooza Concierge is a trademark of myconcertconcierge.com. Lollapalooza Concierge is provided by myconcertconcierge.com. All rights are reserved. These and other graphics, logos, service marks, trademarks and trade dress of Concert Concierge and its licensors used on the Website may not be used without prior written consent of myconcertconcierge or its licensor, as the case may be. Without limiting the foregoing, no myconcertconcierge trademark or trade dress may be used in connection with any product or service that is not myconcertconcierge, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among Users, or in any manner that disparages or discredits myconcertconcierge.
IV. CONTENT
a. Proprietary Rights
User acknowledges that the Website contains Content that is protected by copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights, and that these rights are valid and protected in all forms, media and technologies existing now or hereinafter developed. All Content is copyrighted as a collective work under the U.S. copyright laws, and myconcertconcierge.com owns a copyright in the selection, coordination, arrangement, and enhancement of such Content. Every User is responsible for (i) keeping such User's account password confidential and (ii) restricting access to such User's computer. Each User agrees to accept full responsibility for all activities that occur within such User's Coachella Concierge account.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, EACH myconcertconcierge.com PROVIDER DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

If for any reason any provision of these Terms of Use shall be held invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part in any jurisdiction, such provision shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability without in any manner affecting the validity or enforceability thereof in any other jurisdiction or the remaining provisions hereof in any jurisdiction.
X. APPLICABLE LAW; JURISDICTION
This site is created and controlled by myconcertconcierge.com in the State of California. As such, the laws of the State of California will govern these Terms of Use, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.
User hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consents to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of California and of the United States of America located in the State of California for any litigation arising out of or relating to use of or purchase made through the Website (and agrees not to commence any litigation relating thereto except in such courts), waives any objection to the laying of venue of any such litigation in the California Courts and agrees not to plead or claim in any California Court that such litigation brought therein has been brought in an inconvenient forum.
XI. BINDING ARBITRATION
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Terms of Use (including any breach thereof), the Website, any Content or any item purchased from the Website shall be settled by confidential arbitration in California, California administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules (including without limitation the Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes), and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated with any claim or controversy of any other party. The foregoing shall not preclude myconcertconcierge from seeking any injunctive relief in State or Federal courts located in the State of California for protection of Coachella Concierge or Coachella Concierge licensor's intellectual property rights, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
XII. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
The Terms of Use, including all documents referenced herein, represents the entire understanding between User and myconcertconcierge.com regarding User's relationship with myconcertconcierge.com and supersedes any prior statements or representations. When using the myconcertconcierge.com Website or making a purchase there from, USER AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE.
XIII. MODIFICATION
myconcertconcierge reserves the right to make changes to the Website, posted policies and these Terms of Use at any time without notice. These Terms of Use were last revised on February 15, 2006. |
